Christmas might not be on the 25th in Moscow and they celebrate it 2 weeks later as Orthodox Christmas falls on the 7th January. Though it might not be as fancy as some christmas markets in some countries, it’s still way better than most of them in Malaysia. At least you have the christmas vibes, more night lights and most importantly the cold. If I’m not mistaken, it was around -10ºC then. Despite a week of New Year holiday and most shops are closed on the 1st, I spent time exploring christmas markets with my man and just embraced the cold.
